What a generous couple who are choosing to bless another family! By helping someone get off on a delightful start, they are blessing the whole community. I'm giving thanks to God for The Jones family and praying for the family who is blessed to live in this rent to own home. 🙏

Love, love, love it! Your projects are always so unique. And l love the artwork in it. A house for $75K, unheard of where I live. Hard to find a piece of vacant land for that price. And I don’t live in an expensive part of Canada.

Isn't this one from several years ago? Then a tornado swept through and damaged it after it was resold. I remember Erin promised they'd fix it/restore it. I wonder what became of it.

That brick fireplace was UGLY. The columns were fine though, I guess it was different brick.

@kamiah bundy Ben & Erin's town is called Laurel, Mississippi, USA. I believe Ben operates a timber design and build business in town. Erin is a designer, and they met in college. They could see many streets and homes in Laurel were falling into disrepair as people moved away. Theirs is a heart-filled project to restore some of the old houses they know and love, and to bring new families and fresh blood into their community. (lol 😅 they say the mosquitoes are BIG in that part of the South.)
