As always, I like it, great restoration! Only the video is too short, I like to watch the process of welding contacts, washing in an ultrasonic bath, lubrication, etc. Videos like this are relaxing and I enjoy watching them.

I'd love to see your take on cordless to corded. I have a bunch of tools using the same battery ecosystem. I think it wouldn't hurt to have one cord connector to all these machines using the same, old battery casing. I'm just not too sure on wattage and amps for the adapter for 21v battery. Your work is extremely tidy, and it would be awesome if I get to see such a conversion.

0:00 ごく普通な日本仕様なインパクトドライバー。 0:55 ニカド電池。有害なカドミウムが使われているため現在では作られていない。代替手段はどうする？ 2:32 モーター部分は問題ないようですね。さすがは日立だな。 3:27 外装をクリアコートとは考えましたね。 6:10 やはりリチウムイオン電池で代替ですか。しかし電池が長いのでケースも大きい奴に取り替え。 7:01 なにいいいっ、中華製充電器だと!? これは悲しいわ😭 7:15 ケースの修復。物理的な蝶番を取り付けましたか。 9:46 元々のラベルを剥がして…な、何ですとぉ!? そのパチモンみたいなラベルは😱 再現性は失われてしまいました。
