The identical minifigure you have from 2015, 2016 and 2021, is NOT from a factory Tour. It says "Danmarks indsamlingen", which means the Danish gathering. It is an event once a year, where the whole of Denmark is collecting money for Africa. It is broadcast it on the TV. Just a little commentary on what you got😊

at a point 35:41 in the video you show Lego bricks the brick in the middle is the logo from TV 2.tv 2 is a Danish television channel operated by the public service television station TV 2 Denmark. It competes with the DR-owned DR1 to be Denmark's most watched TV channel. The TV channel was established by an amendment to the law in 1986 to break DR's monopoly. The TV2 logo looks a little different today but looks almost the same. The logo you have on yours is the old. I am a Dane, therefore I know it

Nice video and what a haul. A few additions to some points mentioned: Firstly, the boxes and ruler with beads are not from Scala, they are Lego Clikits which was its own theme. What´s fun about this theme is that it has a few exclusive colours that even Bricklink doesn´t recognise as its own colour. Secondly, you talked about the exclusive Lego World figs and how the new policy could affect these. For now it seems that they will continue printing the logo on the back and create exclusive designs. I visited LW 2023 in Utrecht and the figure still had the logo on the back. The next event will be the newly named Festival of Play (former Lego World) in Kopenhagen. There was already one Festival of Play in Sweden in 2023 and it also had an exclusive minifigure with logo on the back. We will see how that continues in the future.

That alarm on the clock is activated when you press that separate button (brick) on top. This brick has to be a little elevated for the alarm to be on. Off is when the brick is in. You set the time using one of the two wheels on the back. I have a LEGO soccer themed alarm clock that I use for daily life. Exactly like yours, just different colors.

That Lego garage baseplate is broken. There is supposed to be a tab at the front where you have a 2x4 sized hole, that pops up and holds the doors shut and when you press it the doors spring open and the car rolls out. Got several in my collection, lots of fun.

So nice to see some of the older Legos! I had a drawer full of Legos when I was a kid in the 1970's. Sadly my late father had sold all the Lego from my childhood, so the only thing I now have left is such a red Lego case that you showed at 21:00. I had a Lego train system from the 1970's with blue rails. I also had a whole family of those homemaker figures shown at 57:00. Now as a man aged 50+ I have started a new Lego collection, but this time mostly consisting of regular bricks and plates.

Great haul! The giant red brick is from the Quattro series. My kids had a ton of those and I'm sure it's still knocking around somewhere. They came in special, stackable boxes. The Modulex system was mostly used for signage, where you had back plates, which were available in many sizes including one to set on your desk as a name plate, along with tiles with letters on, so you could easily change your sign. Another function was as a planning tool. In your video at 9:24 you can see a big grey board. That's made to hang on the wall - kinda like an analog Microsoft Project, to create Gant diagrams or plan out working hours, tasks etc. I have worked on Lego factory construction projects as a consultant at times and I have a couple of Lego mini figure "business cards" which were personalized to resemble the employee and have his or her name and contact information printed on the torso. Not sure if they still use those but it was a fun gimmick.

@DuckBricks You can defrizz that Scala doll's hair by immersing the hair in hot (not boiling) water. Then simply dry with a towel and comb. Of course the original style will be lost but the frizziness will be fixed, and you can restyle it however you want (even back into the original style if you know how). The doll itself is Carla (23048) and she's missing her original clothes. The gown piece is from Olivia (23047a) and it's supposed to be worn with a lime green dress with matching green shoes. These are listed on Bricklink.

I have a question/comment about the vintage trees at 31:25. The ones I have from the 1960s are smooth bottomed, not attachable, but later versions I have from the 70s are attachable. You may want to double check the time frame for those trees. I remember being excited when I discovered trees and bushes could stick to the baseplate. Of course I also wish I didn't break all those old vintage garage plates and frames when I was a child. Great haul per usual!
@gomey70
@gomey70 Ай бұрын
Yeah, they come in hollow base (the ones in the video) or solid base (smooth bottomed) types. The solid base ones are older (late 50s-early 60s). The hollow base were used up to the late 60s. They're around $5-10 each on Bricklink and not that rare.

@@Red-ot9ncDenmark 🇩🇰 here. What he calls "Floh" actually comes from the German word "Flohmarkt"="Fleamarket". In Danish look for words such as "loppemarked" or "genbrugsbutik". In general, these private commercial fleamarkets/provision sales are found in many provincial towns in Denmark, not only in Billund. Search for chains named "TakeNow" and "Kirrpu" in Denmark for starters. They have a number of outlets. Good luck with the LEGO hunt. In summer, there are a number of open air Fleamarkets, especially in Jutland and Funen. A list called "Markedslisten" gives a good overview.
