This could have been revived only by a minor lever adjustment in which the hands were moving fast, but unfortunately the person handling was insane possibly. I pity the person and feel sorry for beautiful time pieces of Russian origin.

I have an "Allegro" USSR clock and I am working on it to fix it. The small clock on your video is pretty similar, there are few differences but I can use it as reference to fix mine. BTW, mine also exploded when trying to remove the top brass plate, it seems the spring was overwounded.

what is the point? being a mechanical engineer myself, it is painful to watch destruction of a functional clock. not that it would be less painful if the clock had been dysfunctional. i was hoping to see the man assemble the clock after taking apart every single component, it would have been such a glorious end to this video....but......
