Hello hello! Here at the homestead, we are continuing our vintage nursery decorating, annnd we are celebrating Lola Rose’s 12th birthday. I'm loving the nursery so far and the fact that you choose neutral colours. The fact that you have stencilled just a few birds on the ceiling means 'less is more', I love that. Cant wait to see the next video x

J, your decor and design style is scrumptious. Since you asked... loved, loved, loved your wood mantel find, it is absolutely gorgeous. The whale is charming. The b-day table scape is lovely. The sparrow ceiling elevates the room. I did feel for your neck- you really endeared. Happy b-day Lola! Thanks for noting the paint colour! I still wonder about the colour in your kitchen. Love that mantel in the nursery and that whale! The swallows on the ceiling are a great touch. After seeing them I thought how pretty it would be to paint the ceiling to look like the sky with big fluffy clouds and then stamp the swallows on that! A lot of work though! I always admire your imaginative and creative decorations and the birthday festivities don't disappoint. Hope Lola Rose has/had an awesome birthday!
