Vintage Vegetable & Fruit Cutter | Old Cutter Restoration
This is 19th Century Old-Era Handmade Vegetable and Fruit Cutter.
This is Use in Indian Subcontinent as a Salad Cutter
and for Sugarcane Small Pieces & Other Multi works.
Where I Found : -
I Found it from flea market in just 1$.

those words that engraved on the blade,, those are in persian language, that's the manufacturer's name, Written: master Aslam Sekeh.

This product is made for special purposes it is made by a iron smith in daska and makers name is ustad Aslam daska is near Sialkot Pakistan and famous for surgery tools cutlery scissors knife etc but in last you cut the right thing yes it is made for to make small pieces of a sugar can

Why not separate the sides (remove the bolt)? The ick left around that part and what you can see when you swing it open ruin the finished product for me. If there’s a reason it has to be done that way I would like to know.

Buddy, the bolt was weld from inside. This is not screw. If i cut the bolt, i damaged the cutter.Also, i want it in original condition.
