Nice VCLT from a couple of VC giants! Always cool when the GOAT gets some VCLT. What you were talking about with Ray Charles and some of his secular songs being gospel songs with different lyrics goes way back. Some of those old time hymns they sing in church were originally songs that were sung at the old beer halls and pubs in Europe with different lyrics and they turned them into hymns. Duuuude! I love Sorcerer by Stevie Nicks (with Sheryl Crow) . Thanks for the reminder that Trouble in ShangriLa and Street Angel are available on vinyl.

Not sure how I missed this video. I love David Gray and it's great he is getting more attention. Interesting to see other artists too. I had never heard of them. Many thanks for this video. Have a great weekend.

I feel the same was about the RSD videos. Days of the New? I certainly remember them, but haven't heard anything about them in years. Nice stuff.

I am glad that you got these , cool. As for me I just received two Gospel albums by The Caravans on Vee Jay records, the Soul of the Caravans and to whom shall I turn.

Very cool. There really are some great gospel albums out there that don't get a lot of attention and love. One of absolute faves is the album Rise Again by Willie Neal Johnson & The Gospel Keynotes. Such an amazing album.

Hi Brandon, some excellent vclt. David Gray had a very big album in the UK called White Ladder. Huge album and probably key tracks on your best of album. I think you’ll enjoy it. Mike

Glad you like the David Gray! Great pick ups! I’ve never heard of Billy Crayone. Doesn’t quite have the same ring as Vanilla Ice. Awesome video bro!

Nice to see Apocalyptica shown. Their next album will be again just Metallica songs. If you ever have chance to see them live, go. Awesome live band. I have seen only festival gigs, I could see that concert hall concert might be even better. mr. Finglish (Bäd English Recs)

I wanted to buy Trouble In Shangri-La, but for some unexplainable reason it was much more expensive than Street Angel. I'll have another look in a year or two. Pasi
