Here are general steps for installing 1.5mm vinyl plank flooring with adhesive:
1)Prepare the Subfloor:

2) Acclimate the Flooring:
Allow the vinyl planks to acclimate to the room's temperature and humidity for at least 48 hours before installation.
3) Layout and Planning:
Plan the layout of the planks, considering the room's shape and size. Start the installation from the center of the room for a balanced appearance.
4) Cutting and Trimming:
Measure and cut the planks to fit along the edges and around obstacles. Use a utility knife or a vinyl plank cutter for precision.
5) Apply the Adhesive:
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for applying Fevicol SR505 adhesive. Typically, you'll use a trowel to spread the adhesive evenly on the subfloor.
6) Install the Vinyl Planks:
Start installing the vinyl planks according to the layout you planned. Press each plank firmly into the adhesive, ensuring a tight bond.
7) Seaming and Spacing:
Maintain the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter of the room. Additionally, leave a small gap between planks for expansion. Use spacers to ensure consistent spacing.
8) Rolling and Pressing:
After installing the planks, use a flooring roller to press them firmly into the adhesive. This helps ensure a strong bond between the planks and the subfloor.
9) Clean Excess Adhesive:
Wipe off any excess adhesive immediately using a damp cloth or as recommended by the adhesive manufacturer.
10)Allow for Cure Time:
Allow the adhesive to cure for the recommended time before walking on or placing heavy objects on the floor.
