Idk why most Street Fighter games or the cross over versions still consider Shin Akuma's to be the Shun Goku Satsu knowing that it deals more damage and hits the opponent more than 15 times, the move is supposed to be called the Shin Shun Goku Satsu

Khaos089 True Raging Demon was just invented in SFIV. Most of the 2D iteration of Akuma was from the early-mid 2000. Not to mentioned Mugen is a fan works.

Lol poor Vega (M. Bison’s original Japanese name). All he wants to do is have a proper fight but 9 times out of 10 Akuma shows up out of nowhere and blitzes him with a Shun Goku Satsu or slams him into the ground from overhead with a Misogi...Am I the only one who is somewhat amused by this?

Gouki is more so the one wanting a proper fight. Vega will cheat kill steal murder and poot in your frosted flakes to win or achieve his goals. Gouki stomps on Vega so much because he's disgusted by Vega's attempts at grasping "false power" and using "cheap tricks" without relying on the power of "his own fist"
