Hi Corrie! Got your banner at top of cell screen. So thought I would acknowledge. Yesterday I got a new bow grip which I think has changed my tone to deep Stradivesque sorority. Too early to tell yet! But I think I'm on to something big!. I'm studying Bayla Keyes Captains Chair bow hold. I played Whatever Lola Wants, Lola gets! Out side my steaming hot trailer yesterday. For you instructors IT might not seem significant; but for me it was a big deal. Enjoyed your live stream yesterday on your torn between two violins subject. Holding the bow with right hand, do violinists do some special amortization with their wrist for smooth break-in or release? Do they also do amortization with the fingers? Or maybe the movement of their right hand is all intuitive as side effect of what they want to hear?

My uncle is getting me a violin ! His ganna get one from his good friend who also plays my uncle also a musician
