Cinema : 24fps Broadcast : 30fps Gaming : 60fps . Our Eyes are used to natural motion blurr which is easy to re create at 24fps + 1/48th of shutter speed . also Depth of field should be natural, few people shoot every scene with blur background which is not necessary & doesn't go with story-telling . Nice tips :D
