Correction at 4:30 You do not have to cross the white line for it to be a touchdown. Only touch the front part of it with any part of the football

Hey i’m a cornerback been playing for about 3 weeks. Great video i appreciate it. Few questions i did have was: When i make an interception, can i punt, throw and run? Can i take a knee? If so what would that do. If i’m flying over the corner of the oppositions end goal is it only the ball that has to go across the line if i’m in control? Do i have to have both feet in the end goal no matter what? When am i allowed to floor the wide recievers? Can it be as they’re attempting to grab the ball? After contact with the ball? If we make it 10 yards do we get 4 more chances? or do we have 4 chances to score? When someone tries to tackle me, what constitutes me getting officially tackled? Can i get back up if they push me over? When we’re defending and i intercept a ball in the end zone, what are my options? I’ve seen videos of players avoiding standing on their own field goal and throwing the ball onto the 100 yard zone. Why? Is that ball still live? What options do both teams have and what constitutes a ‘dead’ ball. Sorry for the all the questions ik it’s a lot don’t feel the need to answer all of them i’d appreciate anything. Would talking shit to the opposing team ever result in a penalty for us? Thanks

Offensive holding - this common football foul happens when an offensive tackler, who contacts the defensive tackler to block him, instead grabs the jersey of the defender with the intent to impede a sack on the quarterback. The offensive tackler who blocks needs to keep the hands open out when contacting the tackler somewhere in the upper breast area--that's a legal block, but anything that deviates from that block by grabbing--that's holding. The offensive tackler flagged for holding will earn a penalty of 10 yards against his offensive team unless the defensive team declines the penalty. This is for college and NFL football.
