@@Mannu8526 Apu is a brown Indian character in a show full of yellow people called The Simpsons. The person who gives voice to Apu is Hank Azaria, yes he's a white dude. So basically Apu is a white person imitating a thick Indian accent, I've never heard an actual Indian who sounds like Apu but thanks to Hank, ignorant Americans thinks that's how all Indians sound like. Hence the need for an Apology.

Vir Das is of appropriate height for an average Indian male which is between 5 ft. 2 inches and 5ft. 5 inches. I am told that Conan is 6ft 4 inches tall..hence the difference in height. The real funny thing is you should check out Conan when he stands next to Shaqueel O'Neal or any of the other NBA centers. They just dwarf him completely..cos an NBA center is usually between 6ft 10 inches and 7 ft.

Lol. After watching his stand up "Two India" where he apparently "insulted" India, I like vir das more so than ever before. I don't think he insulted our country. The only possible reason I think for Vir Das not being very popular (as he should be) is that people can't manage his intellect, ideas, and opinions. No matter how much we disagree on certain aspects he follows or believes we must appreciate the fact that he has the guts and ability to speak out his mind and make statements. Something which most of people are afraid to do.
