His answer wasn’t bad actually if u go think about it. He said two things for the questions asked. 1. You don’t have to be first to disrupt the market. 2. To disrupt the global market our local market has to be well connected (he maybe referring to Bharat Jodo Yatra) . It’s a very different take on the problem compared to Annamalai though even Annamalai said that to sustain 13.5% growth you need a well connected network in the form of trains, airports and roads

Raga thinks for the present and hopes the future will be safe whereas annamalai thinks about the future while keeping a hold on the present. The speech by Raga is that of an engineer or an entrepreneur who will benefit from ai with no regard to the general public but annamalai thinks of the repercussions of the implementation of ai in india and the importance our country will have in the world if we don't have stake in the development of ai. It is for you to decide who's school of thought is fit for the prime minister position

Firstly he spoke about Indias growth vision .. the drag factors that can spoil this dream 19:53 and whether we have the class of politicians to take us through this journry when the world is shiftimg gears . He uses AI as one example of things to come and how we are badly placed with quality of leadership that leaves a lot to be desired and matters getting worse with technologies that are going to shape the next growth story being outside the shores of our nation.
