The man was previously vindicated after it was discovered his license was suspeneded in a clerical error.

Yes, and now all of a sudden, he pretends to have a faulty memory, and claims he “just doesn’t remember“ if he ever obtained a drivers license. Never heard of a man this young having such a poor memory. His lies are just not convincing. One thing he has learned hopefully. You do not lie through your teeth in Judge Simpson’s court. Judge Simpson will never tolerate that behavior.

@@bobroberts2371 If you are referencing his driver's license suspension; he never had a DL. I know it sounds odd to have a suspension if/when the person does not have a license. He never had a license.

This story is totally inaccurate. Obviously the newscaster did not bother to listen to what the judge actually said. This man never had a drivers license. He lied through his teeth. The fault was not with the court, the fault was with this man, who chose to drive and never bothered to get a drivers license. Stop blaming the court for the lies of this man.

His attorney should be embarrassed for herself and him. There is no way the fact that he NEVER had a valid drivers license should have been a surprise to her. She didn't do her homework. His t-shirt says "trust me" and has the fingers crossed on the back, are you kidding me? lol

There's people saying his drivers license is reinstated. What's wrong with them? Why are they going to bat for him? That's his problem. Yes, people make mistakes but never this bad. At least he should remember if he had a drivers license before especially his permit. There's baby boomers who will say I've never had a drivers license with confidence. Watch this person boomer.

Yeah, I saw his last interview on the local news and when asked if he ever held a driver's license, 'I can't recall, I can't say yes and I can't say no'. WTHDYM??!! It's as clear of a yes or no question as you can get!! 🙄🤦🏾‍♂️ What a total buffoon.

His privilege to drive is suspended. It does not matter if you have a license or not. And he never had a license…ever. And he lied about being “laid up” and unable to apply for one because EVEREY YEAR he applied for an ID which precludes having a license. The Judge and the police were right all along and he is a liar

People are quickly becoming untrusting of the court system, but not over things like this. When you have a whole court system that’s been weaponized by those at the heights of power, not trusting it is a natural reaction.

There’s a good reason not to trust the court system when you see that those in power weaponize the courts. Millions have come to see that’s what is going on in the country. This case is not an example of that, though.

Yeah, but if he never had a driver’s license, then how could he be able to drive ever like shown on the earlier video that showed him driving on the day the judge said he was wrong.
