I went with my dad for my first beer league hockey game in that exact rink yesterday. It was a little fast from what I'm used to and everyone was so big. Especially when I'm a 5'2 13-year-old. It was fun. I think I'll do it again

@@gavinsager1320 hes right though. If he was good enough for the NHL he would be in the NHL. He has good hands. Instructors in top tier stick handling schools will also have these hands. It's cool to watch but not going to happen at the NHL level, or even junior A level. Not unless you felt like catching a few concussions.

The funny thing is that I knew who Nick the Goalie was but I'd never heard of Pavel Barber. Great cross promotion guys. Nick is entertaining as hell to watch and listen to as he represents the majority of us Beer League hockey hacks while it looks like Pavel has some serious stick handling skills. Not good enough to play pro obviously but still pretty good none the less. As to Nick, his biggest weakness was wearing a Canuck's sweater. Although Pavel obviously has more hockey skill, Nick's videos are still more fun to watch so when the final horn sounded to end this "challenge", Nick gets my vote as the winner. Better luck next time Pavel.

Unreal video, but serious question, is the reason you're so good at zorroing due to you using a lot of wax? I know you've obviously practiced it a lot and I bet your curve has something to do with it, but some of the things you do seem impossible without some type of tackiness like wax on your blade. Thanks.

That's a huge misconception. I prefer not having wax for zorroing. Wax helps keep the snow off of the blade (and thus keeps the blade from getting icy). I've never found it to help with zorro moves really.
