I prefer Virgin Atlantic instead of Virgin America They were the only airline that survived when Virgin made the airline before the CEO became a car mechanic. They even survived in the pandemic

It’s because they released the video right before the FAA regulations on using electronics during takeoff and landing changed. They made 2 versions so they didn’t have to film it again: one with “electronic” (pre regulation change) and “cellular” (post regulation change)

I had so many great memories of flying Virgin America, I actually got teary-eyed watching the video...then the "Boos" came on and I started laughing with tears in my eyes! Awesome video, thanks for posting!

Im so sad that Virgin America shut down! They were my absolute favorite airline! The way they made their safety video made flying so much more intresting, and the staff were all so kind. I truly had some of the best memories on those planes. Even when I almost threw up (since I get airsickness) the lady was so nice to me and was really patient, and when I was getting off the plane the same lady who was with me when I puked asked me if I was okay! And then on the flight back they put up with my allergies and helped me find the perfect meal. I will truly miss flying with you... Virgin America...

Yes up until September when the cabin retrofits get done. The cabin retrofit design looks pretty awesome.

I still remember watching this on a flight from Washington Dulles to San Francisco when I was 7. I’m 16 and given that I remember this so vividly shows that if you make a memorable safety demonstration will provide a positive experience and have great memories

i really miss Virgin American went i or my family fly we would fly Virgin American, When Alaska took over it was not the same now i have to fly AA, they were alway accommodated if you needed something, alway with a smile. it was alway a friendly crew made it fun.

I cant believe something like this died. This airline had economy seats that literally feel like first class on emirates, this airline had the best safety video, and they played relaxing music during the flight. Small airlines like this always get taken over by giant airlines that hog all the passengers even though their seats are uncomfortable and everything is usually dirty and boring safety video. We need to advertise smaller airlines that ACTUALLY care about their passengers

I noticed they changed a few lines in the song compared to the one uploaded by Todrick. "Turn your electrical devices off as fast as your can" to "Turn all your cellular devices off as fast as you can"

I think they change aspects of the song depending on FAA Guidelines at the time. On the original version of the song, they specify that phones should be completely SHUT OFF but now they allow phones to be in airplane mode.
