Peace be with you and your family and everyone this Blessed Sacred time of Easter what's left of it as Staunch Catholic I listen to this to Meditate after I've done my Mass and Daily Rosary twice day usually aim for wen I've done my bedtime and breakfast morning Prayers I'm trying so badly to get these on CDs so I can play them on my personal CD player in total darkness and silence from distraction in mean time I set my timer on my mobile phone to switch off after set time. To Meditate oneself needs to really genuinely mean it is not something to do for fun and or a laughter I was taught good hour before to wind almost completely down have warm shower or bath and remove as much distraction totally away from you if using your mobile phone turn all notifications on silent, turn TV or anything else that could distract you off or on silent, dim lights have a cool warm room so you're comfortable then when feeling almost relaxed imagine a box in front you that you have magical key to it put all the nasty negative pent up energy and things that's in oneself and shove it all in this box wen contented it should make you smile then with the magical key pretend to touch the box and instantly it vanishes with all what's bothered you that day. Next imagine something absolutely utterly beautiful, peaceful, Tranquil happy place it can be from childhood or positive memories with past much beloved loved ones, or holidays etc as it is this place you want to eventually imagine yourself being in as you start to Meditate take few really good deep breaths close your eyes let your body relax to point your all limp have that warm fuzzy feeling of delightful relaxing feeling and again you're so happy and relaxed your smiling even sniffling little giggle slowly but surely listen to these Chants or sleep Meditation for children I love the train one or Meditation for adults or bit both and take yourself to wonderful Happy place please don't worry if you fall asleep that's meant to happen means you have done it right but it takes huge practice so don't concern yourself with frustration if it doesn't happen straight away it will eventually, but if you're in household with others or doing it where people are around warn them what your doing in case they think something is very wrong with you or something even encourage them to join in they don't have to be Religious but it helps try it. May the Most Merciful Lord God and his Blessed Mother Bless you all this Easter time and beyond and embrace each and everyone of use in their warm guiding loving embrace forever

I first experienced my very own experience I accepted as real thing in church, wouldn't you "believe" an older woman walking passed me as they all did cycle through the church in their prayer thingy in methodist something or other. She spoke in fuckin tongues, the moment she approached my gaze and then left immediately it was normal again once she left my approach. It was just as fast as it had happened, she spoken unknown words as she walked past me, but I knew them somehow but unfamiliar in this body. I witnessed a GD Miricale that day. It changed me to the point of absolute belief, but intelligence still got in the way. Meaning I believe in a "Higher Power" a "Higher" "Being" even if that is not understood us, lesser races and intelligences. It was a PALPABLE moment even witnessing a glowing orb float from one side of my closet to the other looking for a stoopid raincoat at the time, slowly but floating almost like the Haunted Mansion movie type crap with Eddie Murphy. This "time" I am talking about was a time I tried high concentrates of MJ and coffee, so MJ and Caffeine with a friend and went to church with their parents/grandparents. DON'T do this if you ARE spiritually inept anyways. Although I DID take the body and blood of Christ and felt nothing in that monastery afterward anyways UNTIL years later I experienced more LIFE. I know what it is to be Holy and not at the same time. I follow Death as my God and we say to them every day "No. No not today, Death." I have the tattoo of the Reaper on my back for a reason. Sister, I’m going to pray for you daily. NEVER give up hope as this is exactly what our adversary wants. Giving into despair is again The Holy Spirit so pray a Rosary or few daily and aim for regular Holy Mass preceded by Confession if not daily. Car pool if you have to and stay close to devout Catholics.
