The rockstar suites are amazing! Our first cruise we stayed in a brilliant suite and the second one we stayed in a sea terrace. Babe doesn’t want to ever do a sea terrace again. 😂 Each trip was great but we didn’t have as much space and access to Richards Rooftop is a huge plus.

Guurl, same. My husband does not like to fly. When he was in high school, the whole college football team died in a plane crash. That did it for. He does not like to let go of control either. I think he will be fine when he gets on the ship. It is just getting him there. He is very quiet and reserved. I am the loud, wild one that wants to see and experience everything. I am taking our 14 year old on a 6 night in March so I hope we can talk him into going if we show him how much fun we had.

In comparison to Carnival Mardi Gras, Carnival Celebration, and this (Virgin Voyages) cruise, which did you like the most and why?

Ok, here’s my take. I travel with both my spouse and with my family. So I will answer bases on who I’m traveling with. Hubby: Virgin all the way. It’s more free and flowing, no kids, great food, quirky and the cruisers are more diverse and different lifestyles. The sailing experience is way better. It’s geared towards the chill people that crave pockets of insane fun but with the Lux feel of a yacht. Family: Carnival celebration. It’s massive, so much variety, even thou the food isn’t the best there’s a ton of it. It’s geared to people that need a lot of variety while cruising.
