That is the largest hotel room balcony I’ve ever seen. You could camp out there after your dance party! That’s so cool you got the free upgrade after all! Love Carly’s bucees hat

It is a huge balcony for sure! We only stayed one night this time because we just went down for the festival. Great time!

Another good review. Years ago, my now-ex-wife and I used to take in the Neptune Festival. There was a big ham radio convention at the convention center, an open house/airshow at NAS Oceana, often a Blue Angels show over the beach, etc. Haven't been down there in years. I can only imagine what that balcony has seen during Spring Break! Looks like a really good hotel. But, the video was entertaining and informative. God Bless!

Definitely sounds like a good time. We went to the Neptune festival for the first time last year and loved the sand sculptures. They were amazing. Would love to have seen a Blue Angels show. Always something interesting going on at Virginia Beach.

Looked like a really nice hotel. Couldn’t believe the size of that balcony; impressive! Wonder why the 2nd floor is the only floor to have large balconies? Know y’all were happy to receive that upgrade. A good looking room great view. 😊

I think the reason the 2nd floor is bigger is because it goes out over the lobby and breakfast area. Carly enjoyed her breakfast out there on the huge balcony.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. We had a great time hanging and talking with you guys on that spacious balcony. Tina and i might get a room on our anniversay. It will be Christmas time and we could enjoy all the decorations on the boardwalk. Thanks for sharing.

Great video! Thank you for sharing with us. We'll be missing the warmth of Summer & early Fall pretty soon, but after seeing your location, it really makes us wish we had gone to the beach while we were out that way. Maybe we'll get to see it this next Spring. Thank you again.

We have stayed at a number of Virginia Beach hotels of course - but haven’t stayed at this one. That balcony is amazingly huge. All the hotels along the boardwalk are great and have beautiful views. But that huge balcony takes it up to the next level. I would be tempted to throw an air mattress and sleeping bag out there when the weather is right and go to sleep under the stars while listening to the waves. Thanks for sharing this place with us!

What a balcony! Did you guys dance the night away? 😊. If not you should have. Love the ocean view. But I have to say one of my fave things there was that huge hot tub! I could stay in that all day! Great job on the review!

We were able to spend a little time out on the balcony. We were only there one night for the festival. The hot tub was nice. Lots of hotels now do not have hot tubs. I've even been to a few that use to have them that had them removed/filled in. Hope y'all are having a great weekend! Planning on seeing you guys tonight on your live.

We were there the last weekend of September. That is the weekend that most of the events take place. It was our first time attending and we enjoyed it so much. We were able to do a lot in two days. Will definitely try to go again.

Howdy Y’all! Oh that’s an amazing view and you are as close as you can get to the Neptune Festival . I would love to go I guess I’ve been there with y’all virtually . I love the bed checks ! Where is Cindy ? She wasn’t in the room was she at the festival or in the pool during the room tour ? I like that it has such a huge hot tub that’s the biggest I have seen at a hotel . I like the extra sitting area in rooms it makes it feel more like home. The breakfast was a good selection and that really saves money when you aren’t paying extra $25 -$65 for a breakfast ! That can really add up . Thanks for such a great tour! 🧡🤍Ren

You are going to love this Ren! We always do the videoing as soon as we get to the hotel. So I was in the hall with the luggage! lol Then of course after David gets the main entry videoed I come in. Have to be there for the bed check! Carly ate breakfast there. David and I heated up the Chicago Style Pizza we had left over from the lunch the day before for breakfast. It was so good! But they do have a nice breakfast there.

This is a favorite of ours. We also like staying at the Courtyard on 37th street. Both are clean and you can always count on a good nights stay at either one of these. Appreciate you watching!
