It would also even be neat to develop a video on the history of the Kentucky transportation cabinet and interstate development within the beautiful state of Kentucky. As a NATIVE VIRGINIAIN with 250 plus years of heritage here in the Southern Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, I sure wish Kentucky and West Virginia were with us now.......... We could outvote the liberals in Northern Virginia and win Virginia back from its clutches. 6 counties rule a State of 93 counties. Our part of Virginia will never be represented again. Its sad. Maybe Southern Virginia can split and form a state. Oh to dream

I know you have asked in the past about where to get information, and I do know they have had several yearbooks in the past as well as a museum they maintain that is operated independently of the state police. I know last year they just celebrated their 75th anniversary so it would be awesome if you could put together a video about how the agency has evolved over the years..💙🇺🇸 I do have one last question I was watching your playlist on County names and I noticed there were only 94 videos listed not 120? I watched your other video on County names the 11 minute one a while back I remember you saying that not all of them are named for people. I just didn’t know if you had plans to add any more to the playlist or not and figured I would reach out and ask. It might also be neat to talk about Kentucky’s borders. I know it is a vast state, and very geographically diverse. I think it would be very interesting to learn more about its borders from all sides.🇺🇸 again I appreciate all that you do for the channel and keep up the great work and content. 😊🎉

Out west, it’s Jackson’s Purchase

Most of the black areas were more prominent Native American lands at the time. The Jackson Purchase area would have been heavily Chickasaw. Area near Pulaski would probably have been more Cherokee but not sure.
