There's something mighty special about the four seasons of Appalachia-- the bright white snowy winters, wildflower springs, the thunderstorm summers, and the crisp, colorful autumns are truly like no other! I was fortunate enough to spend nearly four years in mountain town Blacksburg, home to the beautiful campus of Virginia Tech and this past year felt inspired to film the town, campus and surrounding areas through seasons autumn and winter. Beautifully done. I grew up there and went to college at VT. This captures the mood of Blacksburg perfectly. Takes me back...

Max Hafer I filmed this 2 years ago so things may have changed, but no I didn’t have to do anything special. It was a beautiful day and there were at least 4 people flying drones on campus.
