My trust fall would be this: I have to decide by tomorrow if I take an apartment. I have been seperated and living with my ex partner post separation for 1 year. Moving will have a big effect on my kids and how often we can see each other. Finances will also be alot tighter. However, it feels like I need this change and opportunity to grow. I lived with my ex since I was 19 yeaes old, so for 18 years (seperated at 17 years together). I have never lived on my own before and it was something I have always wanted to do.

I was placed in a situation of need, weakness, fear, anxiety and regret at the end of January this year. I left a toxic environment where I was the giver and was emotionally and mentally manipulated and abused for nearly 30 years. I'm scared now that I won't succeed in building a better life, and am alone for 95% of my time, so tend to live a lot in my head and emotions, which can also be very damaging and soul-destroying.
