@11Virgo11 First of all. I've learned that someone won't bring their person up unless they still have love for that person. Also, someone can't be attached and avoidantat at the same time. So, if you love or care for him, you need to find out why it is that he is becoming avoidant. Did he catch you lying about something? Is there another man involved? Are you not being open and honest with your communication?

@@ProfoundEffectTarot I definitely still have love for this Capricorn. But my brain is starting to take over. He’s the runner this time and I’m not chasing this time. Perhaps I am the avoidant one. It truly caught us both by surprise how instant that connection was. Some have told me it’s that twin flame journey with the runner chaser (taking turns), but I’m also trying to understand it from a more 3D, “academically” perspective. Growing up with two psychiatrists as parents, I always also go there to see it from both side of the coin. The term Avoidant Attachment Style is just the name of the style that I think he operates under. I am not diagnosing him here but the more I read about it, the more I can see it. But the truth is I also used to be like this. “Used to be” maybe I should use lightly! And if I’m TRULY honest, I have always had the tendency to go for the guys who have these traits, because it’s something I could relate to, it seems safer, and also someone maybe I could heal with. Of course this never works. I have now gone to therapy for my stuff, and I’ve learned to put myself out there and communicate my feelings directly. But I need to be honest, that I also got scared when we were about to meet up and cancelled on him once too. We’re just mirroring one another at this point. I did put myself out there to him though. But now I have pulled back. No lies, but other suitors and I am older than him, and he has always said that how could he ever offer me anything that I don’t already have. This is the most honest answer I could give you.

Also it never got to a proper kick off. Now we’re just quiet. Spying on one another. Well I don’t have social media but he looks at my statuses and I look at his. So we are attached, but avoiding one another in real life. But I know we both want to meet up and be close. It’s been expressed, but every time we’re about to meet up, one of us get cold feet, and we somehow just Blablabla away from the fact that we’re scared.

Don't take them back. Real relationships don't include guessing, uncertainty & games. Don't entain that energy. You deserve better. It's 100% ok to still feel love for someone & not be together. We only get one life. Don't waste it on people who play games with your life.
