Two follow up questions: 1) Do you, your showing agent, or the VA discuss the offer with the buyer to determine asking price, selling concessions, etc.? 2) Does the showing agent go to the home inspection or do you? Does anyone go to the closing?

Personally I provide all information, and discuss the entire transaction with my client. My showing agents will simply open the door, and jot down any questions I need to answer. I will make sure I call while they are on the way to the next house as well, just so they know I'm still there the entire time. I don't go to inspections, but I will show my face at closing.

@@mortgagedavid 90% of my VA's work is specific to the client experience - but when there's times that I have a lot going on and need an extra hand, she steps in. For example, I'm wedding planning right now and have her working on some of the admin stuff so that my business keeps growing. It's life changing.

I don’t pay her per showing. She gets a percentage of my commission. I have seen it done the pay per door way but since I have one showing agent and she is invested in the entire transaction, we evolved to paying a percentage.

Why isn't she using KVcore since she's with EXP

I am new to eXp so have been using FUB for awhile - additionally, based on the systems we’ve built, KvCore does not have the ability to handle them. You will also find that some of the biggest teams in eXp are all FUB users because the platform is built for scale. EXP is releasing a Chime offering as well that we will build these systems out on because it has the capacity for this scale but KvCore does not have that functionality.
