True story: I bought my vive a month ago and It just wouldn't work. Everything would track but nothing would come up on the headset. I contacted support, and I kid you not. The first 4 people I talked to just told me a ton of different cables would solve my problem. Bought all of them, didn't do shit. So after wasting my money on all those I came back and finally got a person that knew what they were talking about. They helped me figure out, the big cable that connects to the headset shipped, fucking, BROKEN. They told me they'd send a new one. So I was like ok thanks. After 2 weeks I came back and told them what had happened. This person told me that it did ship. And they'd send me a confirmation email. Didn't get one. A week later I come back and this guy tells me it never shipped. WHAT THE FUCK. He then tells me that I have to ship back the broken cable and they'd send me a new one. And I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING. THAT'S RIGHT I HAD TO FUCKING PAY TO GET A CABLE THAT WORKED CAUSE THEY GAVE ME A FUCKING BROKEN ONE. So I kept my cool and said. Ok, will do. Then he says he'll send me a confirmation email about where to ship it and what not. Its been a week. NO FUCKING EMAIL HTC WHAT THE FUCK WHY YOU GOTTA DO ME DIRTY LIKE THIS
