I've been searching for this game everywhere recently. I remember playing at the nickel arcade as a kid. Does anyone know where to get this?!?!

I don't know if it's still available but I bought a digital copy from xbla back during the 360 era and was able to redownload it onto my series x. If you don't mind playing the previous game in the series and/or jumping through hoops to get to it. I think VOOM is an available minigame in one of the Yakuza games kzfaq.info/get/bejne/h7V8fah1tZjUpnU.html

You could try getting it on sega dreamcast with a game disc and twin stick controller but they are pretty rare now.

Nowadays you use console emulators. I use RetroArch with a ROM of the game. Play it on your Android phone or your PC.
