Mujhe nahi pata tha Rajasthan me itna non veg khate hain. Main 12 years back Jaipur me tha aur non veg khane ko tarash Gaya tha. Makan Malik omlet bhi allow nahi karte the aur restaurant me kahi milta nahi tha.

हर बार चम्मच में लेकर कैमरा में क्लोजर शॉट ऐसा लगता है जैसे आंखों में घुसा दोगे, मसालों का स्वाद नहीं बता पाते, पूरे वीडियो में वाह क्या बात है ग्रेवी लपेटकर है, क्या माहोल है जैसे हर वीडियो में वही शब्दावली का रटा-रटाया वर्णन।

No, this 'Kala Mutton' only but with some twists. In maharashtrian dish we don't use curd. And 'Tambada Rassa' is different it's not because it is cooked in copper vessels but because of its red color which is called 'Tambada' in marathi.

I think this youtuber's content deserves to come on bigger stage / platforms to get attention of audience outside india too. Obviously, he is able to harness his ability to research and find traditional and heritage style cuisines of North- western India.
