No one can eat whole thali. So the result is the waste of left over food items. It's a big waste as many poor people can be given at least one meal, instead of this collosal waste of food.

Not being rude or with no hard feelings, THIS big big Maharaja thali isn't it in a way a waste? I think it is not all you can eat or all you can eat? Is it? It is just one serving, right? Even if six can eat in and from same plate? You want your guests to do "Bismillah" ? How much can a normal person eat? Instead of serving a big Maharaja thali/platter why not charge 300 to 400 per person with so many items with the option all you can eat BUT strictly nothing should be left/wasted in the plate at the end. See the response. I think will get good responce with more traffic of guests and more money in your "GALLA" account. TRY IT.
