Thanks to this channel, my exercise bike, along with my persistence, I have lost 15 lbs in 2 months. But the best thing is that I feel really good doing it! I get lost in the scenery and start daydreaming. The next thing I know, I've hit the 25-minute mark on my bike. Love this!!!

First time viewer. I had no idea this was a thing! I loved it. As someone who has to work out daily due to hypertension, I have to say, I loved the music and the video footage. I just tried this video out today, it has really motivated me to get on my stationary bike more often. I went faster than I thought and calculated I used far more calories than usual. Thank you. Also, what a great bike trail in New Zealand, must check it out one day.

Brilliant! Another great video I can add to my collection. I've put up a big screen in my garage and project rides then when I'm on my turbo it feels like I am out there with you. Its nice to ride in the 'warm' weather when I'm well wrapped up with a woolly hat on, in the midst of the cold English winter weather.
