One thing I didn’t hear mentioned but I know matters to some people is the ctrl comes in way more colors and color combos than the spire 4 does unless I missed it. Also currently not sure if they’re not selling well but ctrl are all the way down to like 150-170$

Just switched to the CTRL last weekend. I love my Spire 4, but I think I'm falling in love with the CTRL now lol.

Oh come on Tony, do your research. The Compacity on the CTRL is 200rnd, the Standard Spire IV is 220rnd. Also both loaders take the Incharge battery pack. They both also can either take the Virtue Crown Speed Feed or the Bunker kings NTR Speed Feed.

One of the best things about my Spire3 is that I can dump a full pod in without spilling. With a Rotor I always had 10-20 balls spill over unless I shot the gun completely dry.

I would rather have the low ball indicator rather than the level indicator. I feel that’s gonna be of more use for the price.

The ctrl loader now comes with a +20 +40 +60 and +80 shell with the loader which gives a lot more customization. It comes in its own kit and case. Though I still think I want a 280 spire 4 and call it a day in terms of hoppers

I went with the spire 4 because it can sync with my cs2 pro with the new update.

What exactly does that allow you to do?

@@rybobuno it allows the hopper to sync exactly with the maker making it , so no shots are skipped.

@@reedwetzel1324 I guess it depends on what ROF you’re using but I can’t imagine that’s really needed. We used to play 15 bps with vlocity jrs and halos. 10.5 shouldn’t be an issue with any new loader.

@@rybobuno true , might be a gimmick but I was a sucker for it. I needed a new hopper and virtue 4 was appealing to me at the time. Trust me I remember the halos hoppers and uncapped semi days. Sometimes I miss them.

Ctrl has a round bigger target on front compared to the aerodynamic front of spire4. Lots of more hits on ctrl front than spire 4

Although they advertise equal capacity, the Spire 4 holds 15ish balls more than the CTRL.

I have a question who is going to actually look at the light while they are shooting in game I get the part about training but even if you train how are you going to focus on the light on the field I think that light indicator is actually useless I mean I own a ctrl but I’ve never looted at that light

It's specifically for training and developing muscle memory. You don't use it during a scrimmage either. You use it to practice shooting off the break by raising it up to the level that gives you the green indicator repeatedly without shooting. That way, when you scrimmage or play a real game, you will get close to the right angle to lane the corners.
