Officer Flora and Officer Charity have a fight over seat arrangements before Officer Flora attends to an applicant who tries to cause a ruckus at the office.
Officer Francis tries to deny an applicant visa due to personal reasons but Flora steps in to defend the female applicant.
The episode ends with Officer Charity and Officer Flora arguing again.

Information is power oh. She's Informed she has to use the policy to even check mate her supervisor sir. I really like the way she dealt with director of ministry with plenty body guidance. Charity met her match physically, but charity used mind games to handle Sophia. I luv how Sophia also put Bovi in his place.
