We started our day with visit to Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple, thereafter went for breakfast and had great time at Trivandrum. I really wish if we could spend one more day at Trivandrum but could not change our plan.

I had a great experience of eating kerala food, so natural, rice, kerala parota , luke warm water and light tea..Loved the paratha so much that i get it from hotel parcel.

That man who served you the orange sharbath was saying that he added "nannari syrup" it is made from a medicinal herb called 'Sarasaparilla' the roots of this plant is used to make the syrup. The roots are boiled in water and then sugar is added to make a syrup. It had some amazing health benefits and it also cools down your body.

Sir I had my initial training for my job in Trivandrum...lemonade is awesome there and there north indian food is cooked by Assamese and north east state people..as coconut oil cooked food is bit different in taste for first timers.so most of the north indians who work in IT companies order from these restaurants near Kazhakootam...

South Indian food is very healthy as the main ingredient is coconut. You seem to be developing taste for karela ( bitter gourd) . Very good episode.
