Yes, brilliant company identified. I own Vishnu chemicals and though they have been subdued, fundamentally their margins and business growth is coming back and hence it’s becoming attractively priced. Would love to have a deeper analysis from your side

Deepak fertiliser could be a good company to study in detail, if you could go a bit deeper.. There is also a special situation emerging there, splitting the company into 3.. would love to get your thoughts

Deepak Fertiliser is also interesting as it has maintained good margins, good capex in progress, reduced logistics cost and available at really good valuation

I agree with your views on Vishnu Chemicals. Reasonable growth story can be seen during past 5 years. Valuation wise it seems to bring reasonable.

Pls cover Vishnu Chemicals in detail. 1. Margin profile looks very impressive 2. They seems to have balanced mix of exports and domestic business 3. Looks like it is more speciality than commodity. 4. Chemical sector as such could be one of the next performing sectors sooner or later.

Indian toners & developers. Govt has put anti-dumping duty on imports of toner powder. It's available at 11 PE as of now.

Hi, Nice video and nice coverage of the details. Can you check the OPM% for Vinati and Navin as shown in the table at 9:28 in the video? The screener data shows this for the past 4 years for these 2 companies -> Vinati (40% 37% 27% 29%), and Navin Fluorine (25% 26% 24% 26%). It could be a copy paste error in the two rows in the table so please check.

Currently Vishnu Chemicals is avaialble at its 10-yr Median PE of 17.5. The price has seen some correction of 20-25% in last 2 months. But there were some ESG issues witht the stock but there was no discussion abt them in latest concall. I think if you can shed somelight on when can we expect tailwinds for the chemical sector. The stock will start performing post that.

thanks for the educational video Saurabh bhai, this will help out in screening in other sectors. I've one question on data interpretation . From the margin comparison data, if we ignore 20-22 as anomalies and then take a look at the margins, we can see Galaxy surfactant and amine companies are back to their normal margin trend. Do you see any drawback if we ignore the 3 years and then compare?

Galaxy is a very good company. They had certain raw material prices advantage when industry was suffering . Check their AR n concalls of that period . Unless there is an outlier situation , we should include all data ideally

Archean chemicals - niche play , bromine derivatives (change of product mix) , high margin business . Tough to store and transport , it has a large number of containers . How do we compare it with unlisted players . No china dumping issue

What's the reason to select Vishnu against Deepak because if you see from 2019 to 23 Deepak has also improved its margins so I mean to say that what was the thesis behind selecting 2nd cheapest why not the Deepak fertilizer
