Vishwaroopam II, or Vishwaroop II, is a 2018 Indian action film made in Tamil and Hindi languages. Written and directed by Kamal Haasan, it is a circumquel (happens partly before and after the former film's end) to Vishwaroopam (2013) and features himself alongside Rahul Bose, Shekhar Kapur, Pooja Kumar and Andrea Jeremiah, reprising their roles. While the first film was set in the United States, Vishwaroopam II takes place in India

I didn't understand that jilebi point. After fighting with Omar and he falling into the oil jar the bomb blasts. Next scene kamal breaks the window and fights with Salim. How does Kamal know that Salim had kept his wife and mom in that place exactly?

Dude, Kamal doesn't said Americans don't kill women and children. Even in song 'Anuvidhaitha boomiyilae' the town was blasted by US force. He's saying that they don't kill unnecessarily all the time. In part 2, Wisam couldn't save other 10 civilians because of US troop bombing.

There’s no question about his genius and or the tight writing but the dialogs and the delivery was too self-indulgent and in Part 2, he acted without any vulnerability, more James Bond than Jason Bourne... this kind of characteristic might work for Vijay Kanth not Kamal’s audience... that said, yes I noticed all the points you mentioned and took it for granted, still was unsatisfied with the film...
