There are some CONDITIONAL affirmations like"when I am "optimistic" and when I am "relaxed",which work against the main purpose of clear vision, in my opinion. These words will hamper a continuity of clear vision. If possible, this video may be re done duly examining that there are any other such conditions, and removing them and duly keeping only clear positive affirmations. I'll be damned, I looked this up just cause I started doing subs last week and thought what could it hurt, cause my safety glasses got moved by my helmet today resulting in a rust covered paint chip to fly off what I was cleaning and hit me right in the eye.
