Visit to Scranton, PA & Steamtown National Historic Site

Күн бұрынOn this adventure, I travel to Scranton, Pennsylvania to explore the city and answer a question that I have always been curious about, why does the city entrance say "the electric city"? Scranton, Pennsylvania is the 7th largest city in Pennsylvania and is located in the northeast part of the state. It has a strong history of coal mining, steam technology, and electricity. Scranton has gained media attention in recent years due to the popularity of "The Office" show that takes place in Scranton, Next Week Tonight with John Oliver who had a who segment about the Steamtown Historical Site, and being home to former United States Vice President Joe Biden.

Scranton has all the massive skyscrapers known as "New York City of the NEPA" & "The Electric City"!🏙🏙🏙🏙🏙🏙

The electic part comes from being one of the first cities to have electricity in the northeast and to use electric trollies for public transportation.

Oh wow some of those shots 😍 nice drone ;) hahahaha very dynamic. Honestly the only complaint I could have is that sometimes your mic gets too much ambiance sound, but I mean yo cant always fix that in post. But yeah dude sick shots, sick music choice. Where did you get your music from? Finally I think if you did this in an even more touristy place it could blow up with the right thumbnail and title, cause the editing, vlog, and quality shots are there already. Keep it up brobeans I would appreciate some feedback on my latest video too if want to check it out! :D

I subscribed to Epidemic sounds for the music. I use to make music so I am planning on working on my own soundtrack in the future. Good call out on the touristy place for future thumbnail screens. Will def. check out your channel. Thank you

That is Nay Aug Park. Its a really nice park that also has a big pool. During the holidays they light up the Scranton sign and the houses in the area are filled with Holiday lights.
