Merci pour ce reportage. On n'a pas idée de la complexité de l'instrument en fait. Du coup cela explique les tarifs. Je trouve perso bien plus jolie les finitions peinture comparées à la feuille celluloïd.

The 1st one (at 17:16) is a traditional bone gelatine glue. The 2nd one (at 18:20) should be some of the polyurethane glues. I hope this helps...
