Essaouira, Morocco is more than what we expected. Extremely charming, cute small town. Very authentic. Historic harbor with thousands of blue fishing boats.
We found the shopping in the Medina to be the best, high quality, artistic, hand made goods.

The TV series was called Game of Thrones, not Game of Thorns! And the entertainment the Il Mare restaurant was NOT Berber music, but Gnawa music, played by the master Khaled Izoubaz. Apart from that nice and laidback delivery and good shots.

Thanks for the feedback! I would enjoy spending a few more days there getting lost in the Medina. It was the best place for shopping and some wonderful restaurants.

2 rugs, they folded them, checked luggage on the plane. No problem

I feel like if there were 1000 of them around you wouldn't know what to do. they're everywhere, just not in your flat staring at your tiny flat while you yell the telly ✈🤣
