I visited Fort McAllister State Park, Georgia in October 2022. Fort McAllister was built in 1861. It was bombarded by U.S. Naval Forces several times from July 1862 to March 1863. General Sherman captured the fort in Dec of 1864. I tour the fort and show Civil War Photographs of the fort during the tour.
