Glad you enjoyed it Alan - the last time we went there was at least 10 years ago, far too long, and I had almost forgotten how lovely it was, especially in lovely weather. Mike used to cycle there occasionally from his home in Plymouth, When he was a much younger LAD....

There are many interesting lanes up into the hills but not so easily explored as we get older!

Sadly the brilliant sunny weather didn't last, rain again today but it was great on the day! I read recently that many smaller Coop stores are being sold to Mc Colls.

i grew up in Plymouth and often visited Looe back then. I moved away to bristol to find work in 1957 and I married in 1967 and this is only the third time we have been back since then. . It is an interesting place especially when the weather is so good as this time!
