In the first part of the factory visit, we followed Stefano and Laura around in the warehouse as well as the assembly lines in the Quick Mill Factory.

They make cafe quality espresso if you use fresh beans and right grind setting for that coffee beans.

Another awesome video regarding the building of an Espresso Machine. I envy you CY, wish I could do a tour like that, especially in the Rocket factory as that is the machine I have. Good job!!

Hi thanks for liking the video. This is the Quick Mill Factory and they produce machine that is better than the Rocket Appartamento but at a more competitive price.

@@CaffeMartellaSingapore I have the Rocket Mozzafiato with the Timer, PID and the Rotary pump! Not like the Appartamento model. The only thing I did not feel necessary for me and the wife was the Dual Boiler, as I opted for the HX model and really like it.

Yeah. For home use, dual boiler is probably not necessary. But I love my bianca at my showroom and the V3 will be even bettwr with temperature profiling.
