Who was the Man From Taured? Was he a traveler of the Multiverse? A visitor from another dimension? Or maybe something... else?
Imagine you wake up one morning and notice everything around you is just a tiny bit different.
Maybe you're in the same house, but furniture is slightly out of place. Your favorite coffee mug is there, but it has a crack you don't remember. You could have sworn your coffee maker was black, but this one is chrome.
Just as you think you're going crazy, you feel a strange tingling sensation; and hear a buzzing in your ears. A flash of light; the buzzing stops, and you feel dizzy.
As you regain your balance, you look around. Everything seems back to normal. The coffee maker is black, your mug is not cracked.
What was that? A dream, your imagination? It seemed so real. Are you just overtired? Are you going crazy?
Or maybe, you somehow slipped through the multiverse. For a brief moment, you switched lives with yourself in an alternate reality.
There are documented cases of this happening to people all over the world. Usually, the differences between realities are small. But every once in a while, the changes are so different, that you're another person entirely.
This happened to a man traveling through a Tokyo airport. When he presented his passport, the authorities were baffled.
The passport was genuine, the only problem was, the country that issued it? It didn't exist.

Whoever is the writer for these videos is unbelievable. I have watched like 15 videos just today and I'm blown away. The amount of research that has to be done is mind blowing. A.J. is one hell of a story teller and I only know of one other channel that has a story teller that I follow. I am so glad that I ran across this channel. Mr. Tin foil hat Hecklefish.... I vote you for President sir!!! Lol. Can't wait for the new video to drop.

I suspect my wife lives in a parallel universe as she tried to tell me that Hecklefish is not real. I tried to tell her he is the only talking fish in the world and very much real. She then said no bubbles came out of his mouth when he talks but I put my fingers in my ears and shouted La. La,La as loud as I could thereby winning the argument! Long live Hecklefish! Another great piece AJ, respect to The Why Files!

Someting like that happened to me. One morning I left my appartment to go to college. I just walked about 50 metres and head to the main avenue. But right in the corner I knowticed that everything was a bit different. It's like the street was wider, the cars were better, the stories were fancier, people seems a way more elegant than I ever remember. It's like everything was improved. I felt lost like I didn't know were I was. I was so confused that I decided to go back to underatand what was happening. Instantly everything was back to normal. It was quite scary.

Bc I am very spiritual and intuitive which allows me to really be aware of spiritual things and I often have dreams so vividly of me in different places still married to my ex but we’re together and living in a different home. And my children aren’t my current children or their different ages. At first I thought I was dreaming of past lives. But being subconsciously in an alternate reality makes more sense to me now

Any time a multiverse is talked about, I feel compelled to give a shout-out to my favorite author, Philip K. Dick. His ideas about parallel dimensions, simulation theory, and the holographic nature of reality were totally groundbreaking and lightyears ahead of other sci-fi writers. "The man who remembers the future" is a good way to describe Dick. P.S. I spent a day interviewing Dr. Michio Kaku back in 2006 (shown in this video at 4:10), and I can honestly say he's the smartest human being I've ever met.

Our Universe is inside a White Hole. The White Hole attracts the Black Holes of the galaxies of our expanding Universe with its gravity. In galaxies, the gravity of the White Hole is added to the gravity of the Black Hole, strengthening the integrity of the galaxy and accelerating the rotation and spiraling orbit of the moving gravitational waves of stars and planets. gravity A flow of spherical spiral waves inward for a Black Hole and outward for a White Hole, which are generated by rotation and spiraling. The stars in the galaxy move in spiral orbits under the influence of gravity, and the waves constantly catch up with the Black Hole, and the Black Hole falls into the White Hole, dragging all the matter of the galaxy with it. Space has neither beginning nor end because of interconversion. The White Hole attracts and absorbs the galaxies of the Universe. At the center of the Big Bang, a vacuum zone forms and expands. Absorption reaches a critical level. The vacuum collapses the White Hole into one minimal particle. A new Big Bang is happening. Time is closed. A white hole is part of the Big Bang. Which is made up of negative energy and information such as the Akashic Records. The white hole creates what we call dark energy. The relationship between the shell of the universe from the negative energy of antimatter and the internal matter of the universe occurs instantly through superposition

Here's my mom's experience. About 5 years ago, my mom was classifying some work papers at home (she's an elementary school teacher). She heard the front door opening and for a moment our house felt different, yet it was the same. Then I walked in looking upset, wearing green cargo pants, didn't say hi, and walked straight to my room. Turns out, that wasn't me. And minutes later my actual self opened the door, wearing the same clothes I put on in the morning, looking as usual and saying hi. To this day we don't have an explanation of what happened that day, but I do believe my mom glimpsed into an alternate reality for some minutes.

Just at that moment i realised as if something walked past me and the reality got blurred for that fraction of moment the door to our rooms disappeared just darkness was there and the shape/creature whatever it was, had a bright creamy/milkish appearance. Long story short, no cop and airport staff any of my Japanese friends and coworkers knew of or could find any history of this tale. This story as far as I can tell, was invented by someone from from another country and chose Japan as the location bc of the difficulty in disproving it.

Well, it's pretty obvious it's a fake story ;p I like stories like that and i have no reason to not belive in the multiverse theory, but even if different "worlds" would exist and interfuse with each other why the heck a person completely intact is transfer to different world? This is something straight up from the sci-fi books or movies. Atoms, particles, waves, or even fragments of space would be kinda belivable, but a person smells fake from a mile away.

There's a Stephen King short story. It's in N&D, can't remember the name. Used to rather dislike it as a kid, but my opinion on it changed. I used to think Dylan's Cadillac was boring too. Short story shorter, the premise is this dude is worried about his friend who has a thing for shortcuts through rural Maine. Over years she sort of tracks thinnies without realizing it, and gets further and further out of reality, to the point her shortcuts are impossible, and then stuff happens. Dunno, reminded me of that.

@@TheWhyFilesI would love to see a Mandela Effect video, it's one of the strangest things happening in the world. Quantum shifting is likely, reality is literally being changed. There are many theories, timelines merging/changing, time travel, high tech stuff with Dwave quantum computing and CERN etc.. There's lots of disinformation in regards as well. But, it's absolutely happening, and tens of millions of people are aware of it. Most can't wrap their mind around what's happening and refuse to really look into it well. Bible passages have changed, movies, music, all sorts of things. And it's not merely confabulation, there's a decent amount of proof. I have a theory about the first Taured story. It was the 1950s and what type cart did room service use, was it a large type of cart that used skirting or a large cabinet to cover the lower half of it, that could’ve allowed for an individual and their belongings to be snuck out of the room? When customs called the supposed corporation that the man worked for (the spy agency), that was the signal that he needed to be rescued, and they probably would’ve known what hotel he was sent to, and probably given instructions that if you ever are held against your will and you have access to room service and we know where you are, this is how we’re gonna get you out.

This story reminded me of an experience I had several years ago. Not quite the same, but just as strange. It's what I call my "Time Slip" experience. It involved Julie, my “better half” of over 30 years, now deceased. We were at a gas station that had a mini-mart. We pulled into the station to gas up our truck. Julie decided to go into the mini-mart to get an iced latte for each of us while I worked the gas pump. The truck had two tanks. I filled one tank and then glanced toward the store. Through the big plate-glass windows, I could see her inside the store browsing through the snacks. I started putting gas into the second tank. A minute later, I glanced back to the store but now she was already out and was walking toward me with a styrofoam cup in each hand. She was perhaps no more than about 25 feet from me at the moment I looked. I turned my attention back to the gas pump for a second or two then looked back toward her but she was gone. I looked at the store and I saw she was now standing at the checkout counter paying for something. At this point I didn't think anything of it. I figured she'd forgotten to buy something and had gone back inside to do that. (Although, as I think about it now, how she managed to get back into the store and make her 2nd purchase in the space of a few seconds, seems impossible.) Once again I turned my attention back to the gas pump. After a short time, maybe half a minute, I looked back to see if she was still in the store but now she was out of the store, again, walking toward me with a styrofoam cup in each hand, exactly as I had seen her just a couple minutes earlier. I still thought nothing of it. Nothing seemed unusual at all. She went around to the passenger side of the truck and got in. I finished pumping the gas and stepped up into the driver’s side of the truck. She handed me the drink and I asked her why she had gone back into the store. She had no idea what I was talking about. I explained that I'd seen her walking toward me with the drinks and how, when I looked again, she was back inside the store. She still had no idea what I was talking about. None of this made any sense to her because she'd only been in the store one time, purchased the drinks and came back to the truck. But there was no mistaking what I had seen. The first instance of her walking toward me and the second instance of her walking toward me were identical in every way. It was unmistakably her each time. It was as if I had experienced a "time slip", a momentary glimpse into the future in which the time difference was only a matter of a few seconds. By the way, the black and white sketch of John Allen Zegrus toward the end of your video is actually the official FBI sketch of the infamous skyjacker, D. B. Cooper as you can see here: time.com/4403412/db-cooper-fbi-investigation-oregon/ . How did that happen? But this whole story of the man from Taured mixed in with the sketch of D. B. Cooper reminded me of a short work of fiction I wrote about 8 or 9 years ago that was inspired by the D. B. Cooper case. It’s an alternative explanation of what actually happened to Cooper when he jumped from the plane. It’s called “A Leap of Fate”. It’s only a few paragraphs long. You can read it here: garyvaltenuta.blogspot.com/2015/12/this-is-alternative-version-kind-of.html .

@@jenx5870 Thanks. I get what you're saying. That is a convenient way to explain it away but I don't think a so-called "anticipatory hallucination" would last more than a split second. He thinks when we die our "soul" or whatever we are moves to the next closest version of reality in which we exist. And for whatever reason, a glitch in the matrix maybe, some memories go with us. He sounded lucid and believable because he wasn't sharing to convince me, he was just answering my questions matter of fact and he just wanted to understand like anyone else would. Pretty crazy.

I've heard of 'Timeslips' before (when people experience a familiar place to them, but from a different time period - nearly always in the past). Anything from a few seconds to several hours. But this is something else altogether I've not heard of Multiverse phenomenon before. The idea of a parallel universe where the people look identical to us, and the world looks the same but everywhere has a different name - is something that we still cannnt deal with at this point in time. We're barely able to deal with 'Timeslips' or ghost encounters! I remain intrigued about the idea of Multiuniverse stories, but they are so rare - and so extreme, that we may never be able to fully understand or believe in their existence. For most people, the idea of timeslips is as fascinating as it gets. And as humans, may be as far as we will ever get in terms of being able to comprehend. Multiverse stories are too surreal to really accept. Its just too 'out there' if you know what I mean.

@@TheWhyFiles I grew up watching a show called in search of hosted by Leonard nimoy which just blew my mind as a little kid. That show was the intellectual granddaddy of things like that's incredible! And Ripley's believe it or not. I love seeing this platform used to bring these stories that really have so much to do with our culture out for people to explore and play with. Keep up the great work.

Something like this happened to me back in 1994. I recognized it immediately. Everything had changed, but just ever so slightly. Cars looked more aerodynamic, signs on businesses looked updated somehow. It took me a few weeks to adjust, but parallel worlds absolutely exist. It’s not just a theory.

Last weekend I was at the beach. I saw a Cryptid, a crab with the face of a cat. It tried to talk go me but I don't speak Japanese. It kept telling me to "Wear Heckufiss", I'm not familiar with that clothing brand. Then it gave me some sushi and went back into the ocean. Tasty.

This is my new favourite channel. The topics are always interesting and there's a real craft to the story telling. The inclusion of the heckle fish is genius.

The Man From Taured is one of my favourite stories; I would love to see someone beef it up and make it a movie or miniseries in a similar vein to Counterpart.

I’ve had this discussion with friends and family. As a big, sci-fi fan, I would not react in any out of the ordinary way. I would realize something like an alternate universe or something odd was taking place. I would try to find out what it was instead of bringing attention to myself.

the picture on the video with rays of light with different colors, thats the exact stmosphere i experience. i was at the same house and street but a bit futuristic with shiny metals. i was having a hard time going back to myself til i saw a fast moving object on the street and i quickly put myself on the street for myself to get back to my reality

In an alternate universe, you're telling the story of the real man from Taured who inadvertently crossed over into a universe where his country didn't exist.
