ご視聴いただきありがとうございます！ 久しぶりに遠出したんですけど、金沢めっちゃ楽しかったです。なんか会う人会う人お優しかった。涙 しかし私は楽しむことと撮影することを同時進行できず、楽しいとカメラそっちのけでその場に集中してしまう習性がありまして🫠 もっとたくさん撮影したかったのですがちょこっとだけになりました。 そして旦那さんも自分のカメラで撮っててくれたのでめちゃめちゃ助かりました。 動画には入ってないのですが、歩いてたら見つけたランジェリーショップがありまして、今度金沢に行ったらそこでお買い物したい！とても素敵な空間でした。TEDDYさんというお店です。ジェニーハイのライブも最高に楽しかったです。 いつも自分がなんとなく知っている行動範囲内で楽しんじゃいがちですが、たまには冒険に出ないとなっと思いました🎒

私も、毎日日記を書いているのですが、そのときは自分の感情に対して素直になっています。素直になると、途端に「自分って、結構冷淡だな」とか「自分はそこそこ面倒な人間だ！」なんて、思ってしまうのですが、それはそれで、自分の一部なのだと、徐々に受け入れていけたらと思ってます。書くと最初はこんがらがった文章で、でも書いているうちに絡まっていた自分の思考や感情が解れて、自分はこう思っていたんだと次第に言語化できるんですよね。整っていくこの時間を、わたしも大切にしたいです☺

Dear Nao, I see how you are trying to motivate. Aesthetics, brewing coffee and preparing food are not a sufficient purpose in life. Flowers need to bloom in order to fulfill their purpose. People need to become more aware. By this I mean that an essential part of reality is ignored by people: this is the spiritual world. It is just as important as the material world. Especially in Japan, ZEN has made a great development. ZEN means meditation. Try to integrate meditation into your life and experience that you are a soul.
