Hi Rhulani, not too expensive depending on what wood and carpet you would end up using. But off the top off my head if you do it yourself, shouldn't cost you possibly more than R1000 - R1500

Spare wheel, if you are still wanting to access it is possible to build something that allows you too. Otherwise lots of people just get rid of the spare wheel. But all depends on what you want
