I have one advise to give if you have repeated cold symptoms. Check your air conditioning at home. Clean the filters and also the coil. There are professionals cleaners who even clean the duct. The money spent is really worth. Once the coil and ducts are cleaned make sure the filters are cleaned regularly. Also keep the home clean. Throw away old clothes , curtains. Those books behind be careful some people cannot tolerate the dust from old books. If the building is managed poorly move out. Or just repaint your flat to take away the sticking dust on walls and hidden corners.

Hello Veena, please look into whole food plant based diet. Vitamin B12 naturally occurs in soil and spring water, they are useful bacteria. Cows and hens like humans do not make their own b12, all of them get their b12 from trace amounts of bacteria present in soil and water they drink. Most modern humans struggle to absorb vitamin b12 from food. So the best way to get vitamin b12 is through supplementation. Eat a variety of vegetables and fruits and limit or eliminate oils. Vitamin D fortified foods are easy to get. Since you're shown to exhibit vitamin D deficienies, it's better to supplement. Do your research into whole food plant based diet and follow healthy eating consistently.

Health is wealth. Please take good care of it. For vegetarians - orange (or natural orange juice without artificial additives), milk, cheese, mushrooms, eggs are all very good source for Vitamin D and B12. Exposure to sunlight is also helps. Take a 15 minutes stroll early morning or evenings when the sun is not too harsh

Vitamin b12 deficiency will lead to vitamin D. I had same issue. And symptoms will vary I had low BP, giddiness and hair fall. All these come due to hormonal imbalance. I am taking ayirvedic. Last 10 months I took b2 supplements. This month I have not taken.

Hi chechi, I dont normally watch all ur videos and never i have commented to your videos. I just refer to some recipes if reqd. But this video and discussion has litrlly forced me to leave a comment. I have almost the same symptoms as yours..i have vitamin D deficiency, and doc has given me supplements. But i always miss to take it though im having painful joints. Mood swings are worse because sometimes...it really gets difficult to manage a job with so much pressure and long working hrs plus two small kids. Im sure your thoughts are similar to most of the married women...coz however good your husband may be..we all need a lady friend at some point of time in our lives... " ചുവരില്ലതെ ചിത്രം വരയ്ക്കാൻ കഴിയുമോ " that was spot on. A woman is the pillar of any home. I don't want to sound repetitive...I am someone who has gone through all this along with a truck load of responsibilities , along with financial problems ,with a very loving husband like Jan , but who was rarely at home due to his job. അന്നൊക്ക awareness വളരെ limited ആയിരുന്നു as there was no internet. Now I am 52 years old . വളരെ late ആയിട്ടാണ് ഇതൊക്കെ മനസ്സിലായത്. We women keep doing all the work without any care for our health , which is wrong. To cut it short , u hv done a GREAT job in uploading this video which I am sure has helped a lot of people out there to identify their health issues.

Hi, sometimes you can't get enough vitamin D due to other reasons also. One of them is magnesium deficiency, but testing magnesium level also not always accurate. So with the symptoms only we can assume magnesium deficiency. You can try magnesium supplements. There are many types of magnesium supplements available, Google it for your specific symptoms. If you don't want to take oral supplements, you can apply magnesium oil in the skin, which is also effective.
