Hi guys , ise week mai ek ya 2 baar use kar sakte hai . aur ye dry & normal skin ke liye ideal hai not for oily & sensitive skin. ise normal water se wash karna hai fir gile towel se pochna hai. hope aapke sare doubts clear ho gaye honge.

It is great video and It is good if that suits but my skin is oily and vitamin e gives me tiny bump on skin. After that I used bioderma sebium H2O micellar water as a cleanser and toner for my skin. It help me get me not skin back.

Yes. Every Toner has sm amount of alcohol in it & it dries ur skin. Avoid traveling after this routine as, smoke & dust can lodge in ur skin causing an outbreak of pimples, acne, etc.

Is this good for those who have a very sweaty and oily skin? Guys i have googled this and have found that vitamin e oil or tocopheryl acetate is a very dense oil which can clog the pores of the skin making it more oily and eventually more prone to acne U will have more acne on your face instead of having a flawless clear skin So the remedy is a proper ratio of vitamin e and your normal oil or moisturiser Take 10 drops of oil and 1 or 2 drops of vitamin e if u have a oily skin or acne on your face

Wash by normal water. Andcleaning by rosewater it's ok
