Hi Sir, I have an small doubt that, according to the classification of vitamins especially vitamin B complex lipoic acid is a part of it and thereby vitamin B 12 I.e, cyanocobalamine,to both these I needed a shortcut to understand the concept of chemistry, structure, physiological actions, deficiency diseases, and finally requirement.
