Beautiful town with a fascinating history, picturesque backstreets with old buildings adorned with a profusion of plants on the steps, balconies, walls, and lovely scenic charm. Great backdrop for a historical drama, and also the story of 'House of St. Rose' and the 'House of the Witch,' which really piqued my interest. Love it!!😍

Beautiful town. The narrow roads between those very tall houses. And imagine being able to see graffiti so old. The churches in these old towns are always interesting and beautiful. Thanks for sharing, keep walking!🚶

Beautiful town, the video is as usual an exemplary work ... Despite all the wonderful videos of the towns and villages that you have filmed so far, I think that just to explore those that exist in the Apennines from south to north of Italy we they would like a couple of lives ... without counting all the islands and the Alps. It gives me immense pleasure to know that there is a person like you who knows how to enhance this wonderful Italy unknown to most people with the quality of your work. Ciao, continua così! Grazie mille MrTinner, sono davvero felice di leggere un tale commento! In effetti l'idea originale era proprio quella di far conoscere sopratutto i paesi "dimenticati" sia agli italiani che agli stranieri. Poi col tempo si è un po' allargato, ma visitare paesi veramente "nascosti" è sempre forse il piacere più grande! Ti ringrazio di Cuore per il bellissimo messaggio; ormai sono più di due anni che vado avanti con questo hobby... c'è ancora molto da vedere di sicuro. Un saluto e buona estate anche a Voi! Riccardo

I'm not an expert on those things but, I found an italian website that explains what it is: www.rentila.it/blog/2016/10/23/contratto-affitto-canone-concordato-32-come-funziona/ With google translator you can get the general meaning. In general, they are *state-controlled rents*, 3 years are the minimum + 2 in option. In that website. many info!

@@StillWanderer Yes, some seem low, but have a lip to drive over. So, maybe when you get to see inside a house the person showing you will answer that question. Or, you could always break & enter and see for yourself. NOT!!!
