Don seems to be from a well to do family and having a successful business and don’t prefer the wife to be in a very busy and demanding profession and also may not like MIL interfering more in their life. Nothing wrong in that. Since Meghna is the only child, she has the responsibility to take care of her family too. Especially since she grew up without her father being around, the bond between her and her Mom will be stronger than usual. It is not fair to ask the husband or his family to provide for her family also.The only job she knows is acting which can get very demanding in terms of schedule and location. She also didn’t want to ruin her acting career she built with her talent and hard work. Nothing wrong on her side too. If they could somehow make it work out, they could have saved their marriage and both of them could have been spared from the agony they have been through. Now at least Both of them moved on and happy with their life. It’s better than living together and quarreling

True, Meghana could have got any guy she wanted - her fame, beauty, personality needs no introduction .she is a girl any nice guy would love to marry. I am sure there must be reason why meghana married this guy . Good that they both decided to part ways instead of being unhappy.
